Dunn’s River Falls is a natural waterfall fed by underground spring water. The Falls is also one of the few waterfalls in the world that flows directly into the sea! It is the number one attraction in Jamaica and received thousands of visitors each year, both tourist and locals. A visit to Dunn’s River Falls will be a memorable experience, as it is the only one of its kind in the Caribbean.

The tour guide will stop occasionally for you to enjoy refreshing dips into several small lagoons, and for you to stand under several mini waterfalls for a water massage. Can’t make it all the way to the top? No problem, there are several exits along the way that you can choose to get off.

Your driver will be at your hotel approximately 10-15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. It’s best to wait in the lobby or on the outside of the lobby. Your driver/guide will have your information.
A morning pickup for a 1-1/2-2-hour drive to the town of Ocho Rios to the Dunn’s River Falls. On arriving at the falls, your driver will park in the car park where you walk a short distance to the ticket counter to get your armbands. You can leave all your belongings in the vehicle or take them with you and rent a locker to lock the away. After getting your armbands, you will have a 5-minute walk down to the falls where you will be greeted by falls guides, offering their services to accompanied you on the falls (highly recommended) and you tip the at the end.
At the bottom of the falls, you will join hands with other people to for a human chain, with your guide at the head, and begin your climb, The guide will stop occasionally for you to take dips in several mini pools, mini jacuzzies, slide down mini water slides and stand under mini water falls for a good water massage. There will be professional photographers on the falls who can take your pictures and videos with your permission, and you can purchase them at the end of the tour in you wish to do so.
If you cannot make it to the top of the falls, there are exits along the way that you can get off. Your tour ends when you reach the top. You will them make your way up to the park, exit through the craft shopping area, then exit at the restaurant area where a security will remove your armbands. You will then walk up to the car park where your driver/guide will be waiting for you. Tour time 1-hour. Entrance fee included.
We will pick you up at your hotel in Montego Bay for your 1 1/2-2 hours’ drive to the Dunn’s River falls in Ocho Rios.
We will stop at Discovery Bay for a 10-15-minute rest stop. You will be able to use the restroom and grab a quick snack if you need to. There is a juicy patty shop where you can get Jamaican beef patty. (if they are open at that time)
After using the restrooms and getting snacks, we will depart Discovery Bay and continue on our journey to Ocho Rios.
Arriving at Dunn’s River Falls, we will park in the car-parking lot. You can choose to use the changing rooms in the parking lot to change and leave your belongings in the vehicle or take your belongings with you down to the falls where you can rent a locker and use the changing rooms there. Your driver/guide will assist you in checking in, fit your armbands and show you the entrance where you will follow the road to the falls.
After spending approximately 2-hours on the falls, and you have changed into dry clothes, it will be time to get on your vehicle for your trip back to your hotel.
